Based on its combination of hands-on logistics experience and technology expertise, Redwood was chosen to help ChemTreat identify, specify, and launch a new transportation management system.
Based on ChemTreat’s needs, Redwood implemented Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to optimize critical processes such as fleet management, multimodal and multi-stop transport, bulk logistics, carrier rating, and order routing. Next, the proprietary RedwoodConnect™ integration platform was installed to link OTM with both internal supply chain systems—such as the enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution—as well as external carriers.
Redwood also optimized ChemTreat’s busy parcel-shipping operations with Redwood Parcel Cloud, a multi-carrier platform that provides cloud-based rating, labeling, and manifest capabilities with native integration to other systems.
