Chicago, IL. – November 14, 2012-“We are honored to have made the list this year,” said TSG President, Tim Zelasko. “Our goal has always been to have an employee-focused culture, one where we reward people for a job well done, foster teamwork and creativity and provide the necessary tools for success.”
To qualify for the award, companies needed to have at least 100 Chicago-based employees. More than 1,600 companies participated in the application process, which included having every employee complete an anonymous questionnaire asking about their view of the company, culture, benefits, salary and perks.
TSG employees cited various reasons why their company is one of the top workplaces. One employee said, “I love being part of a company that rewards its employees and wants them to succeed. I feel like we are always pushing to be at the forefront of our industry, which is demanding and exciting.”
Perhaps another reason can be attributed to the parties and happy hours, catered lunches and intramural sports teams that TSG sponsors, as well as the impromptu dance-offs to the booming satellite radio system that occur within the office.
