We like to look at this as similar to getting a doctor’s checkup. If the doctor says you are healthy, that is good news! If he sees some issues, but says it can easily be corrected, that is good news as well!
Once in a while it makes sense to compare commodity pricing against a best case practice benchmark to checkup on your logistics health.
To complete the initial analysis, we begin using real data from YOUR business. We typically look at one or more months of transportation history and compare each shipment to our proprietary LTL logistics tariff.
